WPU will also use cutting-edge and technological tools with the aim of simplifying connections between individuals and organizations and putting itself at the service of man, not of power. Where, respect for the human being and every form of life on Earth, are at the center of the values and ethical principles of WPU.
The latter will be under observation, that is: the only control action that WPU will exercise will be only on these principles and values, to ensure that they are respected, taught, and handed down, always.
WPU is not born to control, it is born to accompany man to his origins, to reconnect him with the inner self, then with other beings and with the Earth. And finally the Universe.

All the groups, professionals, associations that will join the movement will unite knowledge, skills, abilities, putting them at the service of one another while maintaining each one's own identity. The operational strategy consists in making available to everyone a simple connection tool not to get to know each other and compare, for that there is Anime Libere, but to develop an alternative network to the System that offers earning opportunities in a circuit free of competition and contending.

Training, Cooperation, Collaboration, Ethics and Morality will be the key principles of the movement, bringing together in one voice the territories, the nations, up to the international level a powerful voice with the ability to change the events of the highest international systems. The WPU will operate at different levels, thanks to the partners who will share the project at:

National;
Continental;
International.
