Does the movement have a hierarchy? In this case the decisions, or the choice to carry out one project rather than another is the responsibility of the owner of the platform or how it works.

The entire project is carried out by the WPU team members, chosen appropriately in relation to their skills and their ease of interacting with people and all able to carry out the activities for which they were chosen. The international team is about forty people.
Anyone can share a project but only if registered on the platform. The projects will be shared in a special area and can be seen by everyone.
After the project and all the necessary information have been entered, the request is examined to check that there are no documents, photos, videos or anything else that are not permitted by the WPU code of ethics and morality and/or by current legislation (projects involving nudity, paedophilia, animal abuse...just to name a few) will not be accepted.
The necessary condition for sharing a project is that the project must be real and active, ideas are not accepted but only concrete and real projects.
